Two Evil Ninjas approach Wang in his dojo of death with a fierce greeting, the first obstacle in the way of Wang's crusade. They are normally armed with an uzi, but additionally possess other armaments, threat of which is signified by their rank, represented by color.
Appearance
- Skin: Slightly greenish tan
- Teeth: Triangles
- Eyes: Tiger-like red eyes with black pupil slits
- Hair: Brown sumo style hair with long hanging locks of hair on both sides of the face
- Feet: Evil ninjas wear Jika-tabi, like Lo Wang. Unlike Lo Wang, evil ninjas have metal separators in the gaps of their Jika-tabi.
- Garments: Evil ninjas wear ninja pants (iga hakama), knee pads, and Kyahan leg wraps.
- Accessories: Evil ninjas wear a green belt with a metal yinyang buckle. They also wear large metal cuffs on their forearms.
Equipment
The evil ninja's pants color shows what kind of weaponry they are packing.
- Brown: Uzi and shurikens
- Red: M60 and missile launcher
- Silver: M60 and grenade launcher
- Bronze: M60 and heat seeking missile launcher
- Olive (shadow ninja): M60, smoke screen, flashbangs, and 2 styles of napalm
Toughness
The toughness of a ninja depends on his pants color.
- Brown: 1 shotgun shell
- Other colors: 4 shotgun shells
Crawling
- Crawling evil ninjas will randomly jump up to shoot you before ducking again.
- Crawling evil ninjas never use any weapon except the gun they carry, no matter which color they are.
Fun Facts
- Most other enemies just gib or collapse when killed by sword or fists, but evil ninjas can be sliced in half by the sword and sent flying by the fists.
- Evil ninjas can use ladders just like Lo Wang can, and can also jump up or down from a ledge if the map design supports it.
- Evil ninjas have swimming sprites, but cannot actually swim.
- There are no back facing sprites for the evil ninja's shooting animation, instead 2 frames of the ninja's otherwise unused swimming animation are displayed.
