Coolies act like kamikaze bombers, they run after Lo Wang and explode when they get close.
Appearance
- Skin: Zombie green, decaying with bits and pieces missing especially around the wrists. The fingers have long sharp finger nails.
- Teeth: Human-like
- Eyes: Glowing white
- Hair: Messy long black hair, with a single braid in the back
- Garments: The coolie sports a brown shirt and dark brown pants. Both have had their sleeves torn off or ripped up.
- Accessories: The coolie wears a metal brimmed chinese straw hat with a metal spike on the top. The coolie's arms and legs both have shackles on them.
Equipment
- Box of TNT: Upon reaching Lo Wang, or losing all health (unless gibbed), the coolie will crush its box in order to force it to detonate in the hope that it will damage Lo Wang.
- Skeletal Remains: After exploding, the coolie has another way to torment Lo Wang... There is a chance for the upper half of its skeletal remains to float upwards and become a coolie ghost.

Fun Facts
- Due to an oversight, coolie explosions have infinite vertical reach, and can damage Wang even if he is well above the explosion. This is especially noticable on Zilla Construction (level 2).
- In Leep's shrine, a coolie can be found tied up and hanging from a rope over a pit of lava. It is implied that Leep disarmed and captured this coolie for interrogation. Lo Wang lowers the coolie into lava because "Talk or not, make no difference...".
