Wang's head is a fun little mechanic exclusive to WangBang game mode: if the wanger gets gibbed and refuses to respawn his indestructible head stays on the ground. It can be rotated manually as well as kicked around by nearby players, and pressing the fire button will make it spit blood, dealing a small share of damage to nearby wangers.
Death by spit registers as suicide, and is an extremely rare occurance in a real WangBang.
